NOTICE OF AGM
Dear Member,
I can now confirm that this year’s AGM will be held on Thursday 10th March 2011 at The Crow’s Nest, St. Peter Port, Guernsey. There will be a complimentary bar and buffet from 5.00pm and the meeting will start at 5.30pm sharp.
This year we have various committee and officer posts to fill and we will be holding elections accordingly:

| Secretary | Mark Allan - standing down No candidate. |
| Treasurer | Paul Le Quesne standing down No candidate. |
| Committee members | Jon Morton, Stef Finetti & Brian Middlemiss re-standing. |
As you can see we do need some more candidates to stand so if anyone would like to stand as a committee member or for any of the officer posts please let me know before Friday 4th March.
Please reply to this email if you are attending so that we can gauge numbers for the catering before 4th March. Please also reply with apologies for absence.
