NOTICE OF AGM

We can now confirm that this year's AGM will be held on Thursday 8^th March 2012 at The Royal Yacht Hotel, St. Helier, Jersey. There will be a complimentary bar from 5.00pm and the meeting will start at 5.30pm sharp.

This year we have 3 committee posts and an officer post to fill and we will be holding elections accordingly: -

Education Officer - Mark Thomson re-standing.
Three Committee members - Jon Morton, Stef Finetti & Brian Middlemiss re-standing.

If anyone would like to stand as a committee member or for the education officer post please contact Phil at phillipreeves[at]ubicap.co.uk before Friday 2^nd March. Please also reply to Phil if you are attending before 2^nd March. Please also reply with apologies for absence.
